At BobKatz we ensure that each guest receives prompt, professional, friendly and courteous service.( Except occasionally during the Bob show).To maintain a clean, comfortable and well maintained premises for our guests and staff. (An attempt to prevent Staff infection).To provide at a fair price -  well-prepared food & cocktails - using only quality ingredients. (Mostly frozen food). To ensure that all guests and staff are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve. ( F^>k Off).  To thank each guest for the opportunity to serve them. By maintaining these objectives we shall be assured of a fair profit that will allow us to contribute to the community we serve. (And line our pockets).

Hi Bob and kathy - see if Kathy remembers me...i was the guy who bought the "top shelf" drink markers...you should know that they are prominently displayed on the trading floor of the CBOT and have appeared on tv.
i told kathy i'd send you guys some sliders, chicago pizza etc...maybe even some novi's (if they ship). you guys are the best. say hi to the regulars i met the week of august 11: i remember pete the edit...oops...lumberman....and his wife...edit the electrical contractor...edit the hair stylist and her husband...edit (best looking gal i ever saw up there!)...the guy who runs the edit (the edit in st gremain)...anyway...you all have some chicago food coming up. submit your orders!
and bob...you warned me one nite about some shots we were drinking...have no fear: i'm a professional...(drinker)!
